Uploading monotones is fairly simple. Just click on <a href=http://www.freeringtonesindia.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Submit_News&file=index>'Submit News' in the main menu and in the category select 'MonoTones' and simply submit! As easy as that!!

You can upload your files in <a href=http://www.freeringtonesindia.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PNphpBB2&file=index> Forums in the relevant category there.


Alternatively you can send your stuff to me at hardik84[at]gmail.com (replace the [at] by @ ).

Mono ringtones are already in keypress format which you can directly use for your nokia phones.

In case you want keypad notations for other phones, just download "Coding Workshop Ringtone Convertor" from the downloads section. It will do the rest.

Almost all the mobile operators in India are presently charging a fixed amount per month (usually Rs.99) for unlimited WAP and MMS. I would still recommend that you confirm with your service provider about it.

For the following operators, however I am 100 % sure uploading / downloading using WAP and MMS is free as of now:

Hutch (Orange in Mumbai)
Airtel (Bharati) (Do note that WAP is not available in all circles of Airtel, 'Masala GPRS' is NOT WAP)
MTNL (Trump & Dolphin)
